A leadership and personal performance coach, Nelia Koroleva founded VSEI Coaching in 2011.
Born in Russia, and fluent in Russian and English, Nelia’s background in economics means she is uniquely positioned to create an effective, yet practical, coaching process with tangible results in the corporate sphere.
Her wealth of experience includes executive coaching at Coca-Cola Hellenic in Russia, as well as coaching private individuals and clients in charities such as City Gateway, London.
Nelia has diplomas in Personal Performance Coaching, Corporate and Executive Coaching, a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Award from the Coaching Academy, and is a full member of the Association for Coaching.
